Improved IT Systems

To improve our service level even further, we have invested in a new telephone and intranet system, using a new VOIP provider, CloudNet UK (www.cloudnetuk.com) . This system gives us improved flexibiltiy in managing calls in from clients and candidates, and speeds up our remote access when out interviewing, keeping our team fully up to date with vacancy changes.
